Jacksonville Gaming Convention Oct. 3rd

At Jaxcon, the Jacksonville Chess Club will have two booths set up. One for the selling of chess sets, books, and other related items.

The second booth will be for chess quad tournaments. Quads are 4 person robin robin tournaments where each player gets to play each of the other three. Tournaments will be held at 10am, 12pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm. Entry will be free to the first four signed up. There will be assorted prizes.

Monday Movie Night

Our next Monday Movie Night will take place on June 11th at the Anyscreen theater complex in Anytown. We have reserved our own theater for a showing of "Gone with the Wind". The movie will begin promptly at 7:00PM. Get your tickets now!
